What types of product do you carry?

Video Group Distributors carries a full line of Street Date Product from all studios, a large selection of previously viewed DVDs and Games, hard to find DVDs, amaray cases, and promotional materials for your rental store.  Promotion materials include two poster programs to choose from, as well as Tape Talk magazines and DVD preview reels.

How early do I need to preorder street date product?

All orders are filled in chronological order, so the earlier you preorder your product the better.  We encourage all our customers to order the entire month at once to ensure the earliest delivery possible, however we do allow our customers to make changes to their orders and we will accept weekly orders.

When will I receive my order?

Street date product is shipped to our customers so they receive their product no later than the Friday before it streets.

How is my product shipped?

Video Group Distributors uses a variety of shipping methods including Fedex overnight, Fedex Ground, and UPS Ground. Our staff will help you determine which shipping method best fits your needs.  We also use USPS for international orders ONLY.

Who pays for shipping?

The customer is responsible for shipping on outbound orders for New Release and Special order product.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, prepayments, COD money order, and with credit approval COD Company Check and Net terms.

At what point is my account charged for product?

Your account is charged only when your product ships.
